Giving ground personnel the clarity to act safely.

When teams operate on the ground—whether responding to a rapidly changing man-made incident or navigating severe environmental terrain—the gap between what exists in databases and what the person on the ground actually knows is still wide. Plans are often abstract, and threat assessments rely on incomplete or delayed information.

We started Velda to close that gap. By combining geospatial terrain models, live personnel and sensor telemetry, and governmental data into a single, calm interface—paired with practical non-lethal hardware—we aim to give field personnel real-time intelligence when it matters most.

We are at the beginning of this mission. Founded with active security clearance experience across defense and intelligence environments and deep roots in systems and security engineering, we are building our platform cleanly from first principles—focused on real field utility rather than buzzwords.
